Conformance Evaluation

This is where we determine whether your system actually controls what is allowed to execute.

If your system can trigger, deny, flag, enforce, or automate anything real, the question is not whether it sounds correct.
It is whether execution is structurally controlled before it happens.

This evaluation identifies whether your system enforces admissibility at the boundary — or whether it is operating with unbounded execution authority.

This is not advisory. This is not a general consultation.

This is a structured conformance evaluation against execution authority, admissibility enforcement, and drift control.

30 minutes • Paid session • Applied toward implementation or licensing

What This Engagement Actually Does

  • Identifies where unsafe or unauthorized decisions are currently possible in your system — even if they haven’t happened yet.
  • Pinpoints drift risks across identity, memory, orchestration, and tool invocation.
  • Clarifies which decisions must never be allowed to occur — and why governance alone cannot prevent them.
  • Reframes your architecture around invariants, conformance boundaries, and admissibility before execution.
  • Produces a concrete correction plan you can actually act on, not a conceptual diagram you’ll ignore.

Who This Is For

  • Founders or executives responsible for AI systems that make or influence real decisions.
  • Teams who already feel something is “off” — but can’t yet prove whether the failure is architectural or operational.
  • Organizations where explainability, audits, or dashboards are being used as substitutes for structural safety.
  • Builders who want systems that remain valid under pressure — not ones that merely behave well in demos.

Who Should Not Book This

  • If you want dashboards, metrics, or compliance theater — this is not for you.
  • If your system assumes internal trust and plans to “fix issues later” — don’t book.
  • If you’re looking for prompt tweaks, tooling stacks, or no-code automations — this will feel uncomfortable.
  • If you’re not prepared to remove capabilities from your system rather than explain them after the fact — pass.

How the Process Works

  1. We start with a Fit Call to determine whether this work is appropriate for your system and risk profile.
  2. You provide a short pre-brief — diagrams, links, or a plain description of where decisions currently occur.
  3. We run a 60–75 minute working session focused on identifying inadmissible states and structural drift.
  4. You receive a written summary outlining failure points, invariant violations, and recommended corrections.
  5. If further design or oversight makes sense, that conversation happens after real work has been done — not before.

Flat fee for the working session: $2,000. Available only after a successful Fit Call.

Start With the Fit Call

The Fit Call exists to determine one thing:
whether your system has decisions that must be made impossible — not just auditable.

Learn About the Fit Call

You’ll be asked one hard qualifier before booking:
“What decision in your system must never be allowed to occur?”
